Therefore our aim is to present cities both from Croatia and abroad from this historic periods, with the topic aimed at destination management, in terms of the creative and interpretative presentation of historic sites. City of Solin, or Salona, as a host and organizer, was once a capital of the roman province Dalmatia and today is a city with 26000 inhabitants, branded as cradle of ancient and Croatian history and relatively new tourist destination, not yet positioned on the international market as it should be, in regard to its historical heritage.
